This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and compensation on employee loyalty at Cempaka Az-Zahra Maternal and Child Hospital in Banda Aceh. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 54 respondents from the total employee population. Data were collected through questionnaires designed to measure employee perceptions of leadership, compensation, and their level of loyalty.
The results of data analysis show that, partially, the leadership variable has a significant effect on employee loyalty, with a t-count value (3.641) greater than the t-table value (1.674). Similarly, the compensation variable also has a significant effect on employee loyalty, with a t-count value (2.847) greater than the t-table value (1.674). Simultaneously, the variables of leadership and compensation significantly influence employee loyalty at Cempaka Az-Zahra Maternal and Child Hospital in Banda Aceh, with an F-count value (24.688) greater than the F-table value (3.18). The conclusion of this study is that both leadership and compensation variables have a significant effect on the employee loyalty variable at Cempaka Az-Zahra Maternal and Child Hospital in Banda Aceh, both partially and simultaneously.
